24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We know things come up. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the rate of your scheduled session. If you do not give any notice and do not show for your session, you will be charged 100% of the rate of your scheduled session.
Late Policy
We know your time is valuable. If you are running late, we will do our best to give you as much of your session time as possible. We leave time in between sessions, so that clients do not feel rushed. However, if you show up late to your appointment, your session time may be shortened.
